Amber Thomas, PT, DPT
Amber graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and then attended Emory University to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. She has worked as a PT for over 8 years in a variety of pediatric PT settings including outpatient pediatric therapy at a clinic that specializes in Intensive Therapy/Therasuit, pediatric aquatic therapy, early intervention in the home and daycare settings, and at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Amber has taken continuing education classes in kinesiotaping for children, pediatric aquatic therapy, TMR Tots (Total Motion Release), and many other pediatric subjects. She loves to help families come up with new ideas of how to make therapy fun for their child! Amber lives in the Chamblee area with her husband and two sons. She loves cabin trips in the mountains and exploring new hikes with her family.
