To get started with Atlanta Children’s Therapy Associates please fill out the Initial Therapy Intake Form below. Be sure to include as much background information as possible as this will help to find a therapist that is best suited to work with your child. Once we are able to match your child with a provider our office will reach out to you to gather additional information and connect you with your therapist. In addition to home and natural environment visits, we are able to provide telehealth therapy in cases where we do not have a provider that is able to provide the services in person. In a telehealth situation, the therapist connects with the patient via video conferencing and works remotely with the patient and their family to work on exercises and provide best practices for development. Telehealth is recognized by private insurances, CMOs and Medicaid in the state of Georgia.
