Carolina Veloz, Patient Care Coordinator
Carolina Veloz Valenzuela is our Patient Care Coordinator at ACTA. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy from the Virtual University of the State of Guanajuato. Carolina brings valuable experience working with healthcare professionals and patients, having served as a medical interpreter. She also has a strong background in customer service, where she assisted government departments and programs as an interpreter, in addition to working as a virtual assistant for small businesses.
Carolina is passionate about being directly involved in patient care, supporting both medical staff and patients. She loves interacting with people, being helpful, and maintaining a well-organized workflow. As Patient Care Coordinator, she strives to be a reliable communication link for patients, therapists, and office staff, ensuring the best possible outcomes for everyone involved.
In her free time, Carolina enjoys listening to her favorite music, reading historical fantasy books, and watching series. She also spends her weekends tending to her garden and small orchard, accompanied by her two puppies, Tyrion and Khal.
