Joenette C. Montefolka

Joe is our Healthcare Virtual Assistant who is working for ACTA and is compassionate when it comes to patients as well as with our therapists who are in need of assistance with regard to authorizations for PT, OT, and ST services. Joe has an experience in the corporate world related to the medical industry who brought her to join ACTA. Joe enjoys working with other office staff and therapists to achieve the maximum results that ACTA services can offer. Outside work, Joe loves watching series and movies together with her husband as their bonding in their free time and sometimes they spend time with family on weekends.
