Katie Loud, DPT, PT

Katie Loud Bio: Katie attended the University of North Georgia where she completed her undergraduate degree in Biology in May of 2016. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Brenau University in May of 2020. Her interest in pediatric physical therapy sparked during high school. She has been working in pediatrics for the past 5 years in the outpatient and home health settings. Katie is excited to join the team at ACTA! 

She has experience treating children from birth-20 years of age and with a variety of diagnoses including congenital and genetic conditions, torticollis, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and toe-walking. Katie is passionate about helping children grow stronger, learn and develop life-long skills, and gain independence. She strives to create a fun and engaging environment to help children and their families in everyday life.

Outside of physical therapy, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, hiking, playing soccer, running, and playing with her dog, Georgie.
