Theresa Takacs, MEd, CCC-SLP
Theresa has over 25 years of experience as a licensed SLP and considers it a joy and privilege to work with children helping them develop their communication skills. Although she has worked with all ages, her first love is pediatrics and the majority of her experience has been with this population. She has extensive experience working with children who have a variety of articulation and language needs, including children with apraxia, autism, language delays, phonological/articulation disorders, fluency disorders, intellectual disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome.
She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is licensed in Georgia as well as California. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going on walks, watching birds and hanging out with her two cats, Charlie and Ollie.
